  Fondly called by Aavakiites as 'gloostick' for keeping the team together, Susmitha, the manager and co-founder of Aavakai oversees all events, marketing and publicity for Aavakai.

 She has a keen taste for music and particularly loves listening to contemporary world music and any music with foot-tapping beats.

 She holds an MBA in Marketing and currently works for Intel. Besides managing her job, daughter Sravya and Aavakai, Susmitha loves sketching (caricatures and portraits) and dancing (salsa and bollywood) in her free time.
